1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information when you use Nets Up:
Account Information
We may collect your username, display name, email address, login information, account settings, notification preferences, blocked users, friend connections, account status, and Terms/EULA acceptance records, including the EULA version accepted and the acceptance timestamp.
Profile Information
You may choose to provide profile information such as your bio, location label, preferred position, height, weight, favorite courts, and other profile details.
User Content
We collect content you submit or send through Nets Up, including profile information, comments, court message board posts, direct messages, invites, reports, court suggestions, check-ins, and other content you choose to provide.
Location Information

You may also use supported fallback features, such as ZIP code-based court browsing, where available.
Court Activity Information
We may collect court activity data such as check-ins, player-count reports, court activity signals, looking-for-players requests, favorite courts, court board views, and related timestamps.
Messages, Invites, And Moderation Reports
We collect direct messages, invites, comments, court board posts, and reports submitted by users. Reports may include snapshots of reported profile content, comments, court board posts, direct messages, invites, usernames, timestamps, report reasons, and details typed by the reporting user.
Device And Technical Information
We may collect device and technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app, such as device identifiers, push notification tokens, app interactions, crash data, performance data, and logs.

3. User-Generated Content And Visibility
Some information you provide may be visible to other users, including usernames, display names, profile information, favorite courts, comments, court board posts, invites, check-ins, and other app activity depending on the feature.
Direct messages are intended to be visible only to the users in the conversation and to admins/moderators when needed for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, support, enforcement of our Terms, or legal compliance.
When content or a user is reported, Nets Up may store a moderation snapshot of related content, including profile information, comments, court board posts, direct messages, invites, usernames, timestamps, and report details. This helps admins/moderators review the report and take appropriate action.
Reported comments and court board posts may be hidden from normal app visibility while pending review.
4. Blocking And Reporting
Users may block other users. Blocking may limit interactions such as messaging, invites, profile interactions, and visibility in certain areas of the app.
Users may report profiles, comments, court board posts, direct messages, invites, or abusive behavior. When a user submits a report, we may collect the report reason, details typed by the reporting user, relevant content snapshots, usernames, timestamps, and related interaction history.
In some cases, submitting a report may automatically block or restrict further interaction between the reporting user and the reported user.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following limited ways:
With Other Users
Information may be shared with other users as part of app features, such as profiles, comments, court board posts, invites, check-ins, and court activity.
With Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to host the app, store data, send push notifications, analyze app performance, manage authentication, and operate backend services.
For Safety And Moderation
Admins/moderators may access reported content, report details, profile snapshots, direct messages, invites, and related user information when needed to review reports, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, or keep the community safer.
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Nets Up, users, or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, support account functionality, improve safety, review reports, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and maintain records.
Messages, invites, comments, court board posts, check-ins, reports, moderation snapshots, and technical records may be retained as needed for app functionality, moderation, safety, troubleshooting, and legal compliance, even if certain content is removed from normal app visibility.

[email protected]
When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify account information where reasonably possible, subject to information we may retain for legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
You may also manage profile information, favorite courts, location permissions, notification preferences, blocked users, and other settings in the app or through your device settings.
8. Location Choices
Location Services are optional. If you grant location permission, Nets Up may use location while the app is open to show nearby courts, sort courts by distance, support check-ins, and improve court activity estimates.
You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings. If location is disabled, you may still use supported non-location features, including ZIP code-based court browsing where available.
